Linda is Credit Director of SRA and the firm’s practice leader for credit analysis systems, underwriting support and credit training of lenders, portfolio managers, and credit analysts. She has completed numerous interim credit analysis and portfolio management engagements. As Credit Director Ms. Heath has assisted banks under written agreements to implement processes for annual credit reviews, stress testing models and credit training. She has developed custom credit training using each bank’s loans as cases and developed SRA’s “5 C’s of Credit for Bank Directors” workshop. Ms. Heath was an active commercial lender with portfolios at United Virginia Bank and Chemical Business Credit Corp, including commercial and national division borrowers. She held credit analysis/underwriting roles at Central Fidelity Bank, SunTrust and Wachovia responsible for business banking, commercial and publicly-traded borrowers. She led sales training and organization development classes at Crestar; marketing and training at UV Mortgage Corp., and built a deposit sales channel as Group Director of SunTrust at Work in the mid-Atlantic. In addition to banking, Ms. Heath has owned businesses in three different industries, which developed her unique perspective on borrower risk profiles.
Ms. Heath earned a BA in Economics from University of Richmond, Magna cum Laude. She earned the RMA Credit Risk Certification (CRC) and is a graduate of the Darden School of Business Commercial Lending program and Omega Performance Lending to Small Business course.
