Vincent has extensive experience in financial services, project and program management and risk management. Before joining SRA Vincent worked for 20 years with Capital One Financial Services and held positions in Audit, Information Technology, Credit Risk and Analytics and Operations. He was also involved in mergers and acquisition and integration activities and specialized in the assurance review of strategic and key enterprise initiatives. For the last three years he served as the Business/Delivery lead for the independent challenge function within the implementation of the Capital One Basel II/Basel III program and in that role he designed and developed an industry-leading process and an associated IT application. Prior to Capital One, Vincent served as a consultant with an international institution where he led the development and implementation of multi-country programs and projects.
Vincent has a MS in Agricultural Economics and minors in Economics and Statistics from Louisiana State University. He has also has a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning with a concentration in Economic Development Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University. Additionally, Vincent has a Post Graduate Diploma in Retail Banking from the Banking Administration Institute and University of Wisconsin – Madison and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. He is in the process of completing a Masters of Finance with a concentration in Financial Services Management from the Center for Financial and Management from the University of London.
